Breathing Mantra SO HUM The breathing mantra "SO HUM" is one of the #Pranayama - mantra, it is a #mantra that is pronounced with inhalation and exhalation. The So Hum mantra is a natural mantra because it is already part of your nature. Sooooo... is the sound of inhalation, and is remembered in the mind along with that inhalation. Hummmm... is the sound of exhalation, and is remembered in the mind along with that exhalation. "So" means "That (God)", "Hum" means "I am", the mantra “So Hum” means "I am God" or "The God and I are the same."
