ॐ RELAXING MANTRA, GIVES THE INNER PEACE ॐ #AumDhyauhShanti , Vibrations of this sacred #Vedic #mantra give to person the most important #spiritual state in life - #harmony with his own mind and body. Like many mantras, this one begins with " #Om ". "Om" has no meaning, and its origins are lost in the mists of time. "Om" is considered to be the primeval sound, the sound of the #universe , the sound from which all other sounds are formed. "Om" is not just the universal sound, but the sound of the universe itself. "Om" — This syllable is this whole world. "Om" is the past, the present and the future — everything is just the word Om. It represents everything in the Universe. You could regard Om as being the equivalent of white light, in which all of the colors of the rainbow can be found. " #Shanti " means #peace , #rest , #calmness , #tranquility or #bliss . The poet T. S. Eliot, in his poem The Waste Land ( where he spelled it Shantih) translated it as "The Peace which passeth understanding". It’s a beautiful meaning and also a very beautiful sound. "Shanti" it is a peace in the body, in the speech and in the mind! It is the peace in the entirety of one’s being. In Buddhist practice Shanti or Peace, primarily means inner rather than outer peace. Simply knowing that the word “shanti” means “peace” doesn’t get us very far. We need to learn how to cultivate peace in our life. #Meditation and mantras are te simple tools for helping us find peace and garmony. ************************************************************************ Mantra - it is a combination of special sounds and vibrations that purify space, body, mind and consciousness from negative energies. Mantra – it is an ancient sacred formula that gives a powerful Divine energy, it is the key that opens the way to the Supreme Divine knowledge. Repeat the mantras possible any number of times, but the most importantly the number of repetitions has to be a multiple of three. You can repeat them 3,6,9,15 ... times, but the best effect is obtained with a daily repetition of mantras 108 times, because the number of one hundred and eight is considered sacred. One – it symbolizes the Supreme Divine Energy, zero – it is the perfection of God's creation and eight – it is a symbol of eternity and infinity in an inverted form. In order not to make mistakes in counting the number of times they recommend to use the rosary.
